The following fee schedule is not absolute. Appraisals requiring extensive research and write-up are subject to negotiation. Fees below are guidelines.

All fees will be set prior to the completion of the assignment and in accordance to the Management section of the Ethics Rule of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Non Conforming Assignments

 

Non-conforming properties, and Limited Appraisal Reports are billed based on the complexity of the assignment and intended use of the report. The client is always recommended to call for a quote on assignments that have not specifically been covered by this Fee Schedule.

Payment

 

All invoices are due upon receipt. Late fees of 10% per month will be applied to all invoice 30 days past due.
